Guy HobanGuy has recently taken over Doyle Valuations from Adie Doyle and who has provided excellent service for over 18 years to the wider King Country area and intends to foster the pride and continued success in the company motto “Valuing the King Country”. Guy has worked as a property valuer for over nine years in Wanganui and Wellington along with the standard kiwi OE in the middle. Supporting the profession, Guy has previously been a chairman of the Wanganui Branch of PINZ and is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand. Guy is married with 3 children as well as being an avid sports enthusiast. Now that his rugby playing days are behind him, he enjoys the less physically demanding sports of tennis, squash and golf as well following his childrens pursuits. Adrian Doyle is a Senior of the Property Institute of New Zealand and an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.
With 18 years experience valuing rural, residential and commercial properties in the area, he has a sound knowledge of the different sub markets that exist as well as local market trends.
He prides himself in the Company motto “I Value the King Country” as this is where the majority of his work is undertaken. Married with 3 children, Adrian’s other interests include theatre and serving as a trustee on the Avonlea Trust Board. He is also the President of Saturday Morning Schoolboy Rugby.
